All estimates provided by PDR Art Dent Repair are free of charge and are based on a visual inspection of the damage. Final pricing may vary depending on the extent of damage discovered during the repair process. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with the work.
4. Insurance Claims
PDR Art Dent Repair works directly with all major insurance companies to facilitate the claims process. We assist with paperwork and communication with your insurance adjuster. However, final approval and coverage decisions remain the responsibility of your insurance provider.
5. Warranty
All repairs performed by PDR Art Dent Repair come with a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship. This warranty covers the repaired area only and does not cover damage caused by subsequent events, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
6. Rental Cars
PDR Art Dent Repair offers rental car assistance through Enterprise. Rental car availability is subject to Enterprise's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the rental car provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDR Art Dent Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
